Testimonials

Wynne Kinder Testimonial
Wynne Kinder

Head of Education, GoNoodle

Working with Ana shaped how we thought about our content at GoNoodle and especially the SuperNoodle program. We started with high expectations and tons of ideas but with no materials and no structure — and we ended with 400+ beautifully constructed learning assets (both kid-facing and teacher-inspiring), all speaking the same visual language. Ana’s ear for hearing us & eye for both detail and big-picture strategy made her an essential creative partner in building the SuperNoodle experience.

Anastasiia is amazing! She has done everything I asked for in a timely, efficient and skilled manner. I have full confidence in her ability as a designer. She made these excellent designs in a matter of deadlines, as well as application flows design. I would definitely recommend her for your business!

CEO, Seha Consulting

I came to Ana with only a name for my future company, and she turned it into a full brand that looks, feels, and speaks exactly like us. Everything was intentional, clean, and on point. What I appreciated most was the clarity of the process and the way she captured our tone right away! She is super responsive, responsible, fun, talented and easy to work with 🙂 Couldn’t ask for a better creative partner.

FAQ

I typically work in CET (Central European Time), as I am based in the Warsaw time zone. However, I regularly coordinate with clients in New York and other East Coast locations, and I’m always able to accommodate meetings during EST (Eastern Standard Time) hours.

My experience includes working with clients across Europe and the United States, ensuring seamless communication and efficient scheduling despite time zone differences.

I’m open to per-project and hourly work, as well as monthly retainer agreements. While I’m happy to take on short-term projects, I prefer longer-term collaborations, as they allow me to deliver deeper value and create a more meaningful impact.

For example, I can work on a per-project basis to take your MVP from idea to launch. Afterward, we can transition to a retainer model, enabling me to act as an extended part of your team and support ongoing iterations and improvements. The same approach applies to a full or partial design revamp.

I’m flexible and willing to explore other combinations of project-based, hourly, or retainer work that suit your needs.

I base all my pricing on an hourly rate. For projects, I provide estimates based on the time required to complete the work, while retainers are priced according to the number of hours reserved per month.

Having worked with both startups and established companies, I’ve found that this approach is flexible and transparent. Many clients prefer retainer agreements, as they integrate seamlessly into monthly budgets, align with sprints, and provide predictability. Since everything is tied to an hourly rate, it’s also easy to calculate the cost of additional work if needed.
